We know you’re excited to get your order, and we’re just as keen to get it to you! Here’s what you need to know about shipping your double pram goodness across Australia.

 

How We Ship

Domestic shipping only – We currently ship within Australia.  If you are in New Zealand and REALLY want one of our double prams, send us an email at contact@doubleprams.com.au and we will see what we can do.

Your order will be dispatched within 2 days of our supplier receiving it.

Once your order is on the way, delivery time will depend on the shipping method the supplier uses —so keep an eye on that tracking info!

 


Delivery & Signatures

Signature required – Your order needs a real human to sign for it.

Not going to be home? If you can’t be there, we suggest using a work address—just make sure to include:

  • The company name (if it’s a business)
  • The floor/level (if it’s a multi-storey building)

 

Want your parcel left unattended? You can request this, but it’s at your own risk. Remember, some couriers do not allow goods to be left unattended, so it may not be possible. Once your order has been delivered, we can’t take responsibility for any damage, theft, or mysterious disappearances (thanks, porch pirates).

 

Incorrect Addresses & Redelivery

Oops! Entered the wrong address? It happens—but if we need to redeliver due to an incomplete or incorrect address, there will be an additional delivery charge.

So before you hit that Place Order button, double-check your details to avoid any shipping hiccups!
