We know that shopping for double prams (and all the extras) can be a big decision, and while we hope you absolutely love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. So, here’s the deal on refunds and returns—minus the confusing fine print.
Refund Policy
Not loving your purchase? We’re here to help! You’re welcome to request a refund, though we can’t guarantee approval—we assess each case individually. Remember, we use third parties to supply our items, so we need to go back and check with them as they have the final say.
To request a refund, here’s what we need from you:
- Your name and email address
- Your order number and what item/s you purchased
- The reason for your refund request (honesty appreciated!
- Photos of the item/s (if applicable)
Please submit all this via email – contact@doubleprams.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Approved refunds & exchanges: If we give the green light by our third party suppliers, returns must be sent back within 30 days in their original condition—because, let’s be real, we can’t resell a pram that’s already taken its first adventure!
What we can’t refund or exchange: If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong item, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or swap. So, double-check your order before hitting that checkout button!
Damaged or Faulty Products
We work with trusted suppliers who carefully pack your orders, but sometimes things go wrong in transit. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll sort it out. So don’t let that box gather dust before checking inside.

Either way, we’ll make sure it’s sorted quickly—because pram life waits for no one!
Final sale items – If you’ve scored a bargain on a discounted item, that sale is final—unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.
